Learn how the EU actually works.
1,075 practice questions across the institutions, EU law, history, citizens' rights, the budget and the policies — with timed EPSO-style papers and every answer explained against its Treaty article.
Free to start — no account, no ads, no tracking.
Study in your own language. The whole course — every lesson, every question, every explanation — in English, French, German and Italian. Switch whenever you like; your progress follows you.
Built for the exam, not for a streak counter
Everything here exists because it changes what you score on the day.
Timed mock papers
EPSO format: 30 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes, with skip, flag and return. Answers stay hidden until you finish, the way they do in the real thing.
A placement test first
Samples every unit on your first run and tells you where to start. It routes you — nothing is locked behind it.
Mastery you can see
Every answer is recorded per question. Each concept reads as solid, learning, needs review or untested, so revision has a target.
Checkpoints that come back
Each unit ends in a short timed test that leads with what you got wrong — and falls due again when something slips, or after a week.
Sources, not just answers
Each explanation names the Treaty article or the EUR-Lex reference behind it, so you can check anything you plan to rely on.
Four languages, one record
English, French, German and Italian — the syllabus, not just the buttons. Progress is keyed to the question, not the language, so switching keeps every crown, streak and mastery score.

Questions
Is this an official EPSO or EU product?
No. LearnEU is an independent study aid with no affiliation to, endorsement by or connection with the European Union, its institutions or EPSO.
Which competitions does it cover?
The EU-knowledge side of EPSO competitions — institutions, law, history, rights, the budget and the main policies. It does not cover the abstract-reasoning, numerical or verbal tests, which are not about the EU at all.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no server. Your progress is stored on your own device.
What happens to my data?
It stays on your device. LearnEU has no analytics, no advertising and no user accounts, and it does not send your answers anywhere. See the privacy policy.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. The browser version works on iOS in the meantime, and can be added to your home screen from Safari's share menu.
What languages is it in?
English, French, German and Italian — all four complete, and that means the syllabus itself: every lesson, question, explanation and source reference, not only the buttons around them. Spanish is next. Your progress is shared across languages, so switching keeps your entire record.
Can I switch language halfway through?
Yes, at any point, and nothing is lost. Progress is keyed to the question rather than to its wording, so every crown, streak and mastery score survives the switch. Some people revise in one language and sit the competition in another — that works.
